Hi everyone,
So it turns out that there was a reason Mommy kept going on and on about this silly pumpkin costume that I had to wear. Get this: if you wear a silly outfit outside and knock on people’s doors, they will give you free candy. I know! I too was extremely shocked to find this out. Anyway, I tried it and it worked so feel free to give it a go. I’m not quite sure why we haven’t done it since then, maybe because I still have candy left. Anyhoo.
It was a little confusing at first but I got into it fast. After I got back, I wrapped up my candy-filled evening with a nice reading of Green Eggs and Ham with my Grandpa Blaine who was visiting all weekend with my Grandma. We had lots of fun together. We went out for breakfast and I ordered yellow eggs, thank you.
p.s. Apparently, I missed Halloween last year, which might be a good thing because look what my dear parents did to me when I was wee.
