Hi Friends,
I’m not going to go through the same old schpeel about why I’ve been AWOL for over a month. Just know that, once again, I, the innocent toddler, am the victim. I thought since my Mommy was going to start working now that she has finished school that she would have all kinds of free time to edit my blog. Makes sense, doesn’t it?? Well, I know that my true fans will stick by me in tough times.
Anyway, on to what’s been going on in my life. This past weekend I went camping with Mommy, Daddy, my Uncle Dave and a whole bunch of other big people. This is not my first camping experience but I’m not exactly a pro either. Despite some really cold, rainy windies, as I like to say, on the last day, it was pretty fun. In general I was a happy camper, especially once they broke down and let me poke the fire with that long stick!

Sam, I can’t believe how grown up you are – you look like you skipped right over 2 to 3 years old. I can’t wait to have a visit with you and your mommy and daddy – save a few of your famous hugs for me ok? Lots and lots of love, Gramma and Grampa
